We provide Customized Massage Therapy Sessions, that are specific to your individual needs. Our knowledge of various massage techniques allow us to pinpoint many areas of discomfort, thereby reducing or eliminating pain, increasing muscle support, and restoring muscle function to an optimum level.
The mission of Living Waters Massage Therapy Clinic, is to help our clients to understand that self-care is necessary to maintain great health for the Mind, Body, and the Spirit.
We want to help you heal, and have you leave your session feeling better, with a clearer understanding of what your body needs to support your daily activities.
Not familiar with the different types of massage? No problem! Arrive early so we can discuss your acute (sudden) issues, as well as address your chronic areas (long-term) areas of pain.
Your body is always changing, so we want to use specific techniques to customize the massage to your needs.
DeSheila has been a National and State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005. Although not her first choice of career, she knows firsthand that God’s Plan is the best plan. “Helping my clients become in-tune with their bodies through Massage Therapy is my passion. When I can see the physical, mental, and emotional change in them, I am overjoyed.” DeSheila is best known for her DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, STRETCH/SPORTS MASSAGE, LYMPHATIC MASSAGE, ONCOLOGY MASSAGE, AND REFLEXOLOGY.
Teresa has been a National and State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005. “I love what I do, and can’t think of any other job that I would rather be doing. My passion is helping my clients feel better from the pain they may be having; that is why I cater my massage technique to each client’s specific needs.” Teresa specializes in MEDICUPPING MASSAGE, GERIATRIC MASSAGE, ONCOLOGY MASSAGE, AND REFLEXOLOGY.
Tamara graduated from Antonelli College in Massage Therapy in January 2017. She also has a BS degree in Kinesiology from MS University for Women. She enjoys massaging and loves to see her clients progress over time. Tamara specializes in HOT/COLD STONE THERAPY, DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, GERIATRIC MASSAGE, AND SPORTS/STRETCH MASSAGE. She uses these techniques and many others to cater her massage to their individual needs.
LaMonica graduated from Mississippi School of Therapeutic Massage in July 2009. "Massage is a passion for me. The more I learn, the more I can help my clients. It gives me great joy to see the positive effect each session brings to them!" LaMonica specializes in LYMPHATIC MASSAGE, STRETCH THERAPY, HOT STONE, AND TRIGGER POINT.
The Target Massage: This session will massage one area of the body. Neck/Back, Hips/Legs, Neck/Shoulders, Legs/Feet. This session is for those clients who need maintenance and are short on time.
This session targets the areas of the body that maybe causing tension due to over exertion, injury, or increased stress. This is great in between monthly sessions.
This is a monthly maintenance massage session, that provides relaxation as targeting some acute and/or chronic pain areas.
This session allows more time for massage therapy, as well as extras such as cupping, hot stone, minimal stretching, and minimal lymphatic work.
This session will include full-body massage, as well as other modalities such as hot stone, lymphatic, cupping, and/or stretching.
Short on time, but need a quick pick me up? This 20 minute session is for you. Schedule before work, during lunch, or before going home.
This is a full -body session that uses the Medi-cupping machine to pull on your skin by using a suction cup. This helps increase blood flow, which allows the body to remove toxins from deep within the muscle tissue.

Geriatric massage employs light, gentle massage and passive stretching to ease muscle tension without excessive friction on the skin. Geriatric massage benefits those who are less physically active by helping to promote circulation and can help to improve posture and provide an overall sense of well-being.

Stretching therapy focuses on releasing tension from the muscles through passive stretching. This session requires the client to concentrate on relaxing, deep breathing, and allowing the therapist to fully stretch you without resistance. This session can be added before any massage session.

Reflexology, also know as zone therapy, is a therapy involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet,and hands. This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques without the use of oil or lotion. This is a 45-minute treatment.
